**Job Title**:Construction Senior Manager**:
The Construction Senior Manager leads large-scale construction projects or portfolios, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. The role involves strategic leadership, stakeholder coordination, and performance management across multiple teams.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Leadership & Strategy**:

- Lead end-to-end execution of complex construction projects.
- Develop strategic plans, timelines, and cost frameworks.
- Align project delivery with organizational goals and client expectations.

**2. Budgeting & Financial Oversight**:

- Oversee and approve project budgets, cost estimations, and financial reporting.
- Monitor expenditures to ensure profitability and financial compliance.
- Authorize variation orders and control change management.

**3. Risk & Compliance Management**:

- Identify project risks and establish mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws (e.g., BCA, WSH in Singapore).
- Conduct regular audits and enforce quality assurance.

**4. Team Management & Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects.
- Foster a high-performance and safety-first culture.

**5. Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Serve as the key liaison with clients, government agencies, consultants, and senior leadership.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure satisfaction across all project parties.

**6. Contract & Vendor Management**:

- Negotiate and review contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor contractor performance and compliance with scope and schedule.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s or PMP preferred).
- **Experience**:Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- **Certifications**:Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or related certifications are an advantage.
- **Skills**:
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent understanding of construction laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficient in project management tools and construction software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
