**Position reports to**:
Chief Commercial Officer

**Position is responsible for**:
coordinating with various teams internally and externally regarding any acquisition or sale transaction, project management of an acquisition or sale transaction, development of a project, market research and analysis.

**Main duties include**:
1. To coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on any acquisition or sale transaction

2. To track and monitor the due diligence process including ensuring the data room is complete

3. To support development of all projects to ensure start of construction

4. To support in market research and analysis including renewable energy policies of various countries

5. To support in overseeing and coordinating all acquisition or sale transactions are completed on a timely basis

6. To assist with structuring of the transactions

7. Ensuring day to day business activities are supported

**Qualifications**:
A good degree in Finance or Management of Law

MBA

**Relevant experience**:
1. 5-10 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector in Asia

2. Strong understanding of renewable energy transactions and its process

3. Experience in preparation of management reports and presentations providing updates on such transactions

4. Experience in reviewing financial models, term sheets, due diligence reports, definitive agreements

5. Experience of project managing with both internal teams and external persons and advisors to ensure completion of a transaction

6. Experience in coordinating with pan-Asian teams

7. Experience in document management and control
