**What you will do**:
Defines, develops, and deploys delivery tools and processes required to control costs, improve quality and maintain/improve customer satisfaction. Serves as a point person to coordinate efforts between National accounts, home office, area/regional personnel, customer representatives, and others as required to ensure customer satisfaction.

**How you will do it**:

- Remotely manage a portfolio of projects in achieving key milestones on-time, resolving technical/coordination issue by directing/escalating to appropriate stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintain design and implementation standards by identifying and correcting deviations by vendors.
- Coordinate with global program management team to align compliance to design and delivery standards, while recognizing/accounting for regional differences.
- Maintain a regular cadence of monthly program reviews to stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and update new/existing design and installation documentation for compliance in future implementations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to digest and navigate complex business issues.
- Capable at effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Able to converse in Mandarin to coordinate with Asian counterparts and vendors.
- Proficient with project management software tools and concepts - comfortable with Gantt charts, project schedules and change control.

**What we look for**:

- At least 5 years of security system installation and PM experience preferably in Data Center Environment. Having PMP or CSPM Certification is a plus point.
- Interest as an individual contributor who ensures compliance by security vendors to prescribed design and standards by utilizing past project experience
- Direct experience with large scale Access Control and Video Surveillance system required. CCure products and infrastructure knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder and communication management
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences. Able to converse in Mandarin.
- Knowledge of data center designs would be ideal
- Willingness to travel within APAC, whenever necessary
