**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day operations, including administrative, sales support, and housekeeping.
- Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service to existing and new customers.
- Build customer relations and cultivates customer loyalty.
- Increase retail sales and achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
- Completing all assigned duties and ensuring the concept store is always in good and excellent appearance.
- Handle customer issues, resolutions and escalate the issues to the store supervisor.
- Coordinate delivery and pick up, preparing documentation & paperwork to ensure accuracy of clothing details.
- Inventory management.
- Cashiering and reconciling end-of-day sales

**Requirements**:

- Min. O/N level.
- Strong interest in Fashion.
- Proactive, motivated, self-directed, and independent.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a fast learner.
- Possess excellent communication skills, a good attitude, and be able to work independently or as a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Shift system

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
