**Your role**:

- Manage and develop operational risk policies and standards for risk management.
- Assess the key risk indicators for the various business units based on business / product

changes.
- Coordinate with senior management in performing risk reviews.
- Track and monitor risk issues and report operational risk issues and decisions to senior

management on a regular basis.
- Ensure proper documentation for risk management, policies, and procedures
- Coordinating and manage audits
- Keep abreast of latest operational risk management techniques and industry best practices.

**About you**:

- Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in cryptocurrency, financial institutes or similar.
- Bachelor's Degree in business or relevant professional certificate.
- Some experience in crypto on a professional or personal level.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude and a team player.
