Join our vibrant Food & Beverage team at one of Singapore’s most established golf and country clubs. As an F&B Captain, you'll play a key role in delivering warm, professional service while supporting smooth outlet operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, a strong service mindset, and the drive to grow in a rewarding club environment.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects the high standards of the F&B Department, creating memorable experiences for members and guests.
- Confidently recommend and promote menu items and specials with expert knowledge.
- Support smooth daily operations by assisting with pre-opening, closing, and floor duties.
- Greet and engage members and guests warmly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle payments accurately and present bills promptly with courtesy.
- Listen to member or guest feedback and promptly report any concerns to management for quick resolution.
- Uphold Club policies and contribute flexibly to the team by taking on additional duties as needed.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 2 years of F&B service experience, preferably in a club or hotel in Singapore
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
