**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in the preparation of ingredients and production of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Follow recipes and instructions from the Executive Pastry Chef to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Support the team in inventory management and ingredient preparation.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
**Skills and requirements**:
- Graduated with a Diploma in pastry & bakery will be advantages
- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen preferred.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Passion for pastry and a creative mindset.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Has Food Hygiene Certification will be an advantage.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
