**Job Description**:
The Communications team supports the business in helping to build a strong brand, improve employee engagement, boost workplace productivity and drive business growth through the implementation of an effective strategy to inform, engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders. You will assist to:

- Help to organise current content on the Intranet to the updated platform, ensuring that updated content is available and ready for use
- Manage and maintain a library of archived content from previous communications on the Intranet
- Assist in the development of the bi-monthly newsletter and weekly Singapore newsletter, this includes writing articles, selecting accompanying pictures and creating the layout of the issue
- Produce communications for company events, activities or programmes
- Support the engagement activities of the different committees such as Inclusion & Diversity, Safety, Sustainability, Cultural
- Assist in ensuring that company collateral/materials are aligned with Global Branding guidelines

**Qualifications**:

- A Diploma undergraduate in Communications/Marketing
- Knowledge of traditional and current communications platforms
- Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel
- Tech-savvy and familiar with working with social apps
- Interacts well with a diverse range of people (different nationalities, seniority)
- Open-minded and creative
- High organisational skills and fast worker
