**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. All components, parts, and assemblies delivered to Baxter from suppliers conform to Baxter's requirements:
a. Interpret technical information from specifications, and engineering prints and communicate these technical requirements to all our suppliers.

b. Help the suppliers to fine-tune their process parameters and upgrade their production equipment in order to meet Baxter's requirements and communicate to all our suppliers on all quality issues, and problem resolutions.

2. Parts qualification:
a. Review and approve First Article submission from a product quality per Baxter’s requirements.

b. Co-ordinate on all mold approval qualification and First Article Approval.

3. Supplier Corrective Action Report (SCAR):
a. Communicate/ feedback to suppliers on quality issues for corrective actions.

b. Review suppliers' corrective actions and follow
- up on their effectiveness.

4. Supplier Re-evaluations and Assessments:
a. Local & Overseas, in accordance with Baxter's Quality Procedures: Assess key Suppliers’ quality system & compliance according to requirement & prepare report for management review.

b. Follow-up assessments on suppliers’ corrective actions.

5. Supplier performance and corrective action program:
a. Prepare and review supplier performance measurement report for management review and follow-up on suppliers' corrective actions.

b. Prepare monthly quality trend report for management review and corrective actions.

6. Reduced Acceptance Activities Program:
a. Manage Baxter's Reduced Accepatnce Activities Program and conduct supplier site assessment for Suppliers on the Program.

7. Incoming Quality Management Supervision:
a. Supervise the team of Supplier Quality Engineers.

b. Perform failure analysis and verification for incoming parts, as required.

8. Liaison with Global Supplier Quality Management on all Supplier Quality Management related issues such as spec. compliance, GSQ, Certification, Assessment, etc.

9. Maintenance of Quality System:
a. Develop and maintain SOPs.

10. Environmental, Health and Safety:
a. Comply with Company Environmental, Health & Safety Management Standards and to comply with safety regulations so as to achieve zero lost time accident and to work with suppliers to enhance mutual environmental, health & safety performance.

11. Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.
