**About GLOBALFOUNDRIES
Introduction:
Develop wafer sort ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test hardware schematic and test program to support internal test chip.

Your Job:

- Analyze and implement test solution to improve functionality, yield, repeatability, test time and performance.
- Perform characterization across process, operating voltage and temperature to support new product release, design marginality, and low yield improvement
- Able to setup tester and prober
- Able to validate and optimize test outcome on ATE platform
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor/Master in Electrical Engineering will be preferred; or relevant education and years of working experiences
- 1+ years ATE test engineer experience in IC design, manufacturing or ATE vendor environment.
- Knowledge of SRAM and eFuse test methodology is a plus.
- Programming skill is essential on any of C++, Java, python, Perl, VBA
- Advantest 93K or Teradyne uflex/J750 platform are preferred.
- Proactive, self-disciplined, self-directed, and highly motivated self-starter; good communication & strong team contributor.
- Multi tasks and projects management skill is important
