Singapore COMPOSERS AND AUTHORS SOCIETY OF SINGAPORE LIMITED Full time

The Composers and Authors Society of Singapore (COMPASS) is a non-profit organisation representing composers, authors and publishers. As a collective management organisation, we license musical works and collect royalties on our members’ behalf. COMPASS shall be regulated by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.

The Social Media & Project Executive, will be a key member of the Public and Member Engagement Department. You will manage our social media platforms and websites with information designed to educate members and public on our mission and causes, policies, programmes and events along with small-scale engagement projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage our social media platforms and website to ensure timely updates/responses.
- Develop compelling content for our social media platforms and websites including working with design vendors, hands-on creation of content (visuals, copy, videos etc) and music related clinics.
- Knowledgeable with social media and digital marketing trends, inculcating such trends where appropriate to increase our songwriter base and engagement.
- Assist the team in maintaining good relationships with press/media/reviewers/influencers and other partners to drive publicity of our society and its causes, as well as our major events.
- Create interesting write-ups on the corporate social pages as well as website/newsletter as part of overall publicity work.
- Undertake duties pertaining to the planning and management and execution of events such as our COMPASS Awards, Music Clinics, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent
- Only Singaporeans need apply
- Preferably with working experience in a marketing, communications or public relations role.
- Proven track record of social media and website management.
- Knowledge of design and video creation/editing tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc).
- Good written and verbal English language skills.
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- Good planning and organisation skills who can undertake a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player
