Looking for an energetic and experienced individual for an SME with less than 60 staff.

**Key Attributes**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and pack orders for outlet, wholesale and webstore as per order list.
- Pack with care various cookies, cakes and other baked goods into boxes, jars, care packs, gift boxes and hampers.
- Coordinate with kitchen team the production schedule to ensure all items are ready for packing on time.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers the order pickup schedule and ensure correct items are handed over.
- Conduct monthly inventory check for packaging items.
- To receive and process vendor deliveries at Central Kitchen to ensure food quality. Check product condition, Halal compliance and invoice accuracy on all deliveries.
- Assist Logistics and Operations Executive in ensuring the smooth flow of all delivery and warehouse activities.
- Ensure that the packing area is kept clean and meets the company’s hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)
- Good communications and interpersonal skills

**Working Hours**:

- 44 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,900.00 - $2,500.00 per month
