Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Full profit and loss accountability to achieve financial targets for the portfolios
- Leading the team to manage all contracts in line with contractual deliverables and KPIs and ensure the smooth delivery of services
- Manage challenges arising from external and internal factors and formulate viable solutioning and execute them with the view of overcoming these challenges
- Establish and build up good rapport with internal and external clients and implement viable operational solutions
- Drive the formulation of new and existing Standard Operating Procedures when required, thorough review and implementation of strategies and processes to support the company’s business goals
- Develop best practices, drive continuous improvement to a higher level of performance and develop sound and sustainable business and operational strategies in line with the company’s growth
- Inspire, motivate, engage and drive the entire team through staff engagement and effective communication to achieve the end results in existing and new accounts
- Drive the development of a safety culture for each healthcare site, and ensure that the accounts are operated in line with Occupational, Safety & Health policies and practices to achieve zero accident.
- Ensure that outstanding arrears are collected on time by the due date.
- Oversee and drive business operations, to ensure full compliance to government regulatory requirements, eliminate risks to the company and produce strategic deliverables
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any of the following relevant fields: Operations Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, Healthcare Management, Building / Estate Management / Real Estate.
- 10 to 15 years of business and operational experience with more than 5 years’ experience in a Senior Management role.
- Proven track record in achieving desired financial targets, operational excellence and leading a large team.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills to chart the growth vision and direction, build alignment and champion the execution.
- Possess a collaborative mind-set to work towards win-win solutions with stakeholders in a transparent manner with a strong team focus
- Able to manage highly complex and challenging business issues and mitigate associated risk.
- Able to analyse and synthesise complex data and translate the information to operational excellence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while remaining proactive and flexible in style.
