Account & Admin Executive

Perform bookkeeping general ledger, cash management, and bank reconciliation
- Handle daily finance operations (AR & AP functions)
- Verify the accuracy of invoices
- Preparation of director & staffs claim
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST reporting
- Ensure that the accounts system is properly maintained
- CPF submission
- IR8A submission
- Preparation of monthly payroll
- Insurance maintenance, work passes, employment contract preparation
- Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned to you from time to time
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
