**Job Purpose and description**:
Responsible for overall Asset Quality and Portfolio Management of Commercial Banking Portfolio

1. Maintain and uphold SME Debt Relief Programs

2. Maintain and uphold SME Asset Quality Framework

3. Assist RM and Credit team in structuring debt restructuring exercises

4. Monitor health and performance of SME lending portfolio

5. Manage and monitor pre-delinquency actions

6. Manage portfolio management actions of lending product programmes

7. Manage ECL budget of Commercial Banking

8. To work with collections unit, relationship managers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure optimum collection performance and minimize delinquency

9. To liaise with collections unit for post-NPL recovery actions and to monitor post-NPL recovery actions and progress

10. Responsible for ESG claims process and end-to-end loan management for recovery accounts

11. To conduct post-mortem on loss events in order to identify learning points

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Posses minimum 5 years of relevant experience
