**Job Description**:
As a Digital and Content Marketing Associate at Maya, you will drive our client's digital marketing efforts and shape its content strategy to achieve its business objective. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies aligned with our client marketing targets. Additionally, you will analyze key performance indicators to optimize the digital marketing campaigns and ensure their effectiveness in driving traffic, engagement, and leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets, focusing on creating content that resonates with client industries and adheres to compliance standards.
- Create and maintain an editorial content creation calendar to ensure timely publication of content that aligns with marketing strategies.
- Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure brand consistency and linguistic accuracy, catering to the identified target personas and primary needs.
- Collaborate with client cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, and leadership, to generate innovative ideas and content strategies.
- Set, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign performance, and overall ROI of digital marketing efforts.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline marketing processes and personalize customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure the digital marketing strategy is cohesive and integrated.
- Provide comprehensive reports and insights on digital marketing performance, recommending strategic adjustments as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, with a strong track record of managing web content and growing social audiences.
- Editorial mindset with the ability to understand audience preferences and create engaging content.
- Passion for online and digital marketing, including SEM/SEO campaigns.
- Strong command of English with the ability to simplify complex information for the layman.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
