As the **Client Training Coordinator for South Asia Area **, you will be responsible for the effective coordination and management of external (client) training activities. This multifaceted role involves overseeing various aspects of training courses, from contractnegotiation to course completion, ensuring seamless organization and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage external (client) training activities from contract initiation to course completion and invoicing.
- Prepare and circulate comprehensive marine training schedules.
- Organize both public and in-company training courses.
- Participate in the creation of quotes and proposals for training services.
- Proactively pursue training contracts and maintain consistent communication with clients.
- Provide backup support in the preparation of training courses, including sourcing and booking trainers, ordering course materials, issuing certificates, coordinating with venues for room bookings and refreshments, and managing invoicing and payment follow-up.
- Generate and analyse training statistics, monitoring data to provide informative insights.
- Ensure bi-annual audits are conducted and maintain records for trainer monitoring.
- Review and analyse data to produce comprehensive training information and statistics.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in coordinating and managing training programs or similar activities(events).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the maritime industry or a similar field is advantageous.
- Basic Knowledge of training methodologies to enable support role.
- Proficiency in English is required; Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Korean/Indonesian is highly advantageous.
