**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare progress claim, tax invoice and monitor claim status
- Process sub-contractor and raise Purchase Order for payment
- Provide admin support for projects as assigned by the management
- Assist the Engineering team on project administration and liaise with external parties when necessary
- Update and preparation of reports

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Business Management/Building/Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration duties or similar experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and comfortable working with IT systems
- Meticulous and analytical with good interpersonal and written skills
- A mindset to work independently, be resourceful and self-motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,325.95 - $3,129.87 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
