**Responsibilities**
- Prepare Schedule letters to customers & follow up
- Prepare Quotation for customers
- Create Invoices and send them via e-Invoicing
- Raise requests for the creation of new users
- Update assignment for new users
- Create Purchase Request & GR when goods are received
- Any other duties assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Possessa diploma in a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Enjoy admin processing works

Work location: East

Mondays to Fridays

EA License : 22C0971 | EA Registration : R21101298

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,400.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
