**The responsibilities of this role are**:
- Handling the procurement and contract administration of purchases, as well as verification of invoices
- Handling on/off boarding procedures for incoming and outgoing staff
- Managing the inventory of laptops
- Handling Fixed Asset retirement and verification
- Assisting with other administrative duties as required
- Diploma holder, preferably with at least 2 years’ work experience in an office setting
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to keep good records and work independently
