An opportunity has arisen for Junior Trader to join the Sugar team in Singapore.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result oriented individual to build a career in Sugar industry. With the desired attitudes and mindset, the Trainee Trader will be equipped with the skills and knowledge for future growth and development. This position gives a head start to a professional career in agricultural commodity industry.

**LOCATION**

Singapore

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Junior Trader provides day-to-day support to senior trader and trading team. You will work closely with Operation, Logistic and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of trades and shipment. You will be expected to maintain good relationship with suppliers and buyers.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assist in physical trading, participation of tenders and contract pricings
- Coordinate operational and commercial matters to ensure smooth execution
- Liaise with Finance on trade finance and cash flow related matters
- Support senior traders in position and result tracking
- Manage customer and supplier relationship
- Any other ad hoc assignment
