**The Job
- In depth research, examining, analysing and interpreting data from different sources and understanding the impact these potential investment opportunities will have for investment decision making
- Conducting due diligence on companies and industries
- Keeping up to date with economic trend, financial news, market developments and new investment products.
- Financial modeling and projection
- Ensuring that all compliance regulations are met
- Drafting research reports
- Assisting in monitoring of existing and potential investment

**Requirement
- Degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting and/or a quantitative discipline
- At least 5 - 7 years of experience in PE, M&A investment banking, leveraged finance, management consulting (corporate finance focus), or in a buy and evaluation role
- Experience building complex financial valuation models
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
- Strong financial modelling skills (designing, coding and reviewing)
- Able to quickly grasp and understand business dynamics and value drivers of companies
- Commercially astute, with ability to think critically and assess investments
