Mintology is a new business operation which is focused on serving up the Mintable core technology to enterprises in a B2B, “Software as a Service” type proposition. This allows large brands to take control of their NFT strategy, whilst not having to build the technology themselves. We call this “NFT as a Service”
Reporting to the General Manager: Mintology, the Digital Marketing Manager will lead the growth & performance marketing function, with responsibilities including acquisition strategy, media spend, direct & indirect channel strategy and marketing analytics.
Manage the acquisition marketing channels monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance, and making recommendations on strategy and execution of the marketing function.
This role will suit a person who has deep domain experience in digital marketing but also has a growth mindset and willing to take in additional marketing responsibilities as the need arises.

**Responsibilities**:
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluates emerging technologies.
- Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the B2B software industry or blockchain, NFT space ideal
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments, a highly organized “doer,” with a data-driven mentality and a bias towards action.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM to manage EDM campaigns

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
