**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategically establish relationships & cultivate opportunities with business partners and develop strategic partnerships alliances that bring onboard new location(s)/product(s)/service(s) that are aligned with the Business Development strategy.
- Identify new opportunities for overseas development by conducting feasibility study, researching market trends, conducting due diligence and developing strategic partnerships.
- Strive to secure existing & new location(s)/product(s)/service(s) for business growth. For new growth areas identified, to assist and contribute to their full-life cycle.
- Maintaining regional Client/Business Partner relationships on behalf of Business Development Manager and Director when they are unavailable.
- Organize events to increase public awareness and community engagement.
- Preparing pitches, creating collaterals, copywriting, managing projects and event organisation.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Company.
**Job Requirements**
- Strong presenter, confident in dealing with demanding set of audience including internal and external stakeholders.
- High energy level, motivation and focus to make things happen within a lean environment with a fast paced, high growth and highly demanding culture.
- Able to work independently with mínimal instructions and supervision in an ambiguous climate; to learn quickly on the job and grow the role.
- Sense of responsibility, organized and inquisitive.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Articulate, professional and polished approach to all business meetings
- Team player, energetic, humble and able to communicate well with various stakeholders & peers.
- Experience in engaging and building new relationships with stakeholders and clients of all levels.
- Proactive in sourcing for new business opportunity.
- Willing to travel for business when necessary.
**Working Hours and Location**
- Average of 44 hours a week depending on monthly duty roster. Our office is located at 25 Tai Seng Avenue, Cityneon Building, #04-01, Singapore 534104
