**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Responsible for creative excellence on projects from conceptualization to execution
- Develop and execute design concepts for retail spaces that enhance the customer shopping experience
- Create floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for retail environments
- Provide strategic thinking and analysis for a project being proposed
- Prepare and participate in client presentations
- Propose furniture, materials, decor, and finishes
- Attend site meetings, supervise sites, coordinates project progress, and ensure delivery of the project on schedule
- Remains up-to-date and knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing, and trends in order to generate creative directions that inspire and present client with strong visual impressions
- Lead and manage projects with the team from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement

**EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years’ experience in design/ shopper engagement, preferably in the APAC region is required for this position
- Professional knowledge in space planning and conceptual design
- Extensive knowledge of design detailing and construction methodology
- Creative mindset and knowledge of all phases of Interior Design projects
- Good team player with the ability to work both independently and team-based environment, with a good sense of urgency and time management to meet tight deadlines
- Able to keep up with a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects
- Positive working attitude, self-motivated & hardworking
- Able to share ideas through sketches & 3D modeling
- Presentation skills and attention to details with an eye for design
- Fluency in English
- Required Skills(s): AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray, Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Vectorworks, 3Dsmax knowledge is an added advantage
