Responsibilities

The Executive/Senior Executive will provide administrative support to the department in the following areas:

- Undertake course registration of Diploma and Degree programmes.
- Support NIE centralized written examinations and administer award and prizes.
- Process semestral results and appeals on review of course results.
- Assist in organizing graduation ceremonies.
- Coordinate and manage the exercise for issuance of diplomas, transcripts and academic gowns.
- Maintain records and compile statistics.
- Perform User Acceptance Tests on institute’s new Student Management System.
- Support departmental activities and carry out other tasks that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in education institutions, particularly in the area of examination administration.
- Meticulous, strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and produce quality results on time with attention to details.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and works well with prospective students, students, and academic staff.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
