We are expanding our team and looking for energetic and motivated Telemarketers to join us. This role will play a crucial part in connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments with our Immigration Consultants.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Place outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in our immigration services through various advertising channels.
- Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner to understand their immigration needs.
- **Lead Qualification**:

- Qualify leads by gathering essential information, assessing their eligibility, and understanding their specific requirements.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our services and address any initial queries or concerns.
- **Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule appointments with qualified leads for consultations with our Immigration Consultants.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, appointments, and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up Calls**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and provide additional information to encourage appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure seamless lead transition and information flow.
- **Meet Targets**:

- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets for lead qualification and appointment setting.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging phone manner.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Strong listening and questioning skills to understand prospect needs.
- Results-oriented and able to meet or exceed set targets.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
