**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Support Executive at Giftano in Singapore. This role focuses on ensuring smooth operational processes, assisting with customer service, and providing administrative support.
**Main Tasks**
- Operations Management: _
- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Planning, coordinating and managing consumers order fulfillment and handling their enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: _
- Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of required stock without overstocking.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory, including stock counts and order records.
- Team Coordination and Support: _
- Coordinate with different departments (e.g. sales, marketing) to ensure seamless workflow and operational alignment and to address consumers’ issues.Provide support in any other administrative tasks in other departments as required.

- Strong problem-solving skills and **attention to detail **.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant software.
- Computer savvy and digital native
