**Responsibilities**:
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving cross-functional teams toward achieving organizational goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders and sponsors to define the initiative's scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring overall alignment.
- Engage in business analysis efforts to support Global Operations, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- Engage in rapid prototyping activities with businesses to incubate and explore possibilities in solutions.
- Collaborate with Key business users to translate business strategy into actionable co-created roadmaps. The roadmap shall include all quality aspects (Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, etc.)
- Engage in Business to provide input and recommendations based on data-driven insights and industry practices.

**Requirements**:

- A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience in business analysis, industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills is essential for success in this role.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, computer science, information management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5 or more years of work experience, preferably in a business or IT role and, ideally, a combination of the two.
- 5 or more years of progressive leadership experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organisation and within complex contexts.
- At least 5 years of relevant IT business analysis and process re-engineering experience in a multicultural environment.
- Worked and managed a team in a global and multi-cultural environment.
- Industry knowledge: knowledge of WFE processes, technologies, and best practices is highly desirable.

- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work across senior-level business line leaders to influence and effect change to achieve common goals.
- Demonstrable leadership. A proven track record of successfully leading complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavors and delivering solutions.
- Strategic technology planning experience. Experience in strategic technology planning and execution, as well as policy development and maintenance.
- Analytical skills. Strong skills in data analysis, trend identification, and drawing insights from Quantitative/Qualitative analysis.
- Business Analysis: gather business requirements, map processes, and optimize the processes.
- Fearlessness in suggesting or backing big ideas. Tenacity in focusing the information discovery process. Able to navigate through uncertainty to drive business outcomes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bridge technical and non-technical gaps. Articulate complex concepts that both it & Business stakeholder understands. Engages Stakeholders to define their needs.
- Effective leadership skills. These skills include team building, consensus building, balancing team and individual responsibilities, and achieving goals through others not directly under the leader’s supervision by working ethically and with integrity.
- Business Acumen: Domain understanding in Field Services and Spares is critical to align business goals to IT executional plans.
