**1HQ are looking for the next star to join our team in Singapore.**:**We are looking for an Associate Creative Director to join our team and push boundaries with fresh, innovative thinking.**:
You will be at the forefront of creating big brand ideas for our global and challenger clients. You will be instrumental in creating outstanding and effective solutions which promote brand integrity, delighting our clients by taking them beyond their expectations wherever possible.

Leading the design team and under the direction of the Managing Creative Director you will continue to build strong client relationships and have an influence in shaping new opportunities with the new business team.

You will be passionate about creating and building great brands. You have the drive, dynamism, and downright determination to go the extra mile for your clients. You will be able to keep your plates spinning and demonstrate through your experience that you can deliver what we are looking for.

You will have earned your stripes, and we look to you to combine this expertise with the ability to look well beyond the present to anticipate the future.

You will feel confident in challenging the brief to encourage fresh thinking and work collaboratively with both the strategy and creative teams.

You will be hands on and not afraid to get stuck in.

**Required skills**:

- Ability to craft and advise on the best way to structure creative briefs to bring out the best in the design team.
- Lead creative/design projects and build the right teams to inspire and drive great design, tailoring these teams to each project - and in turn directing and mentoring all members of the creative force.
- Provide creative leadership and guidance and advise Account Directors on the overall effectiveness of all projects big and small.
- Bridge the gap between 1HQ strategy team and the creative studio as we shape and evolve brands from the outset - part of this involvement will be to assist with the right strategic direction for brands and challenging them to exceed expectations.
- Present creative work at the sharp end, adopting a full understanding of a brand and the strategy behind its existence.
- Support in running immersive pitches for new business as well as holding a deep understanding of 1HQ as an agency and its history.
- Run the creative team at 1HQ with calm authority and an inspiring persona with the support of the Managing Creative Director.
- Manage and run projects from concept to completion delivering to our Clients the ‘best + beyond’ creative solution in the most cost effective manner.
- Work collaboratively and passionately, adopting a fluid approach to clients and projects and tailoring design tasks to suit the needs of each brief.
- Set vision and drive concepts and strategies through the whole creative and development process.
- Manage and mentor others to help them perform at their peak and grow in their careers.
- Set an example and inspire the creative team to create and present design work with confidence and clarity.
- Ability to work well in a team, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
