We are looking for an experienced **Software Architect **who is able to identify and engage key stakeholders to solicit requirements and translate these requirements into software design and high-level requirements for the software development team. As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for making design decisions guided by a framework developed around latest technology developments and standards. The design will have to take a lifecycle perspective from development, testing, deployment, operations and support.

A competent software architect will have a strong technical background and excellent IT skills backed by implementation experience to infuse a unified and modular element into the design of the software modules and functions.

Through leadership of the software development team, the outcome will be a high quality software.

**Responsibilities**
- Use tools, technology and methodologies to create representations for functions and intuitive solutions for end user experience
- Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
- Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
- Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
- Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
- Provide technical leadership to development team
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.

**Requirements**:

- Track record in software design/architecting of at least 1 successful implementation of software product/solution.
- Possesses skills in, but not limited to, the following technology areas: J2EE, Web Services, REST, SOAP, Socket, Dockers and MicroServices.
- In depth understanding of relational database design, OLAP and noSQL models
- Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills
- Familiar with Agile development methodology
- Degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field
