The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategising and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. - Oversee overall payment partnership portfolio for Shopee Singapore, so as to drive strong year on year growth
- Manage a team of enthusiastic relationship managers/ marketers
- Develop strategic initiatives with partners and implement improvement projects
- Manage and grow new and existing relationship with individual payment partners in Singapore
- Drive bank partners’ involvement in platform campaigns
- Liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders (e.g. Social Media, Customer Service, etc.) for campaign execution and project implementation
- Monitor portfolio performance and conduct regular review for management reporting

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of account management experience required
- Experience in leading a team, with ability to translate strategic goals for the team into actionable next steps
- To have a growth mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of the bank programs in eCommerce industry
- Systematic and meticulous, analytical thinker with great numerical skills
- Self-starter with the ability to perform under timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills
