- Working Location: North - Yishun (Nearest MRT: Canberra)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 7500 + Performance Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop scientific moulding processes for all products.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within moulding processes and equipment.
- Assess and enhance tooling for improved quality and operational efficiency.
- Gather and evaluate process data to boost process performance.
- Ensure the accuracy of Mold process documentation.
- Educate technicians on scientific moulding methodology.
- Champion initiatives for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and related strategies to evaluate and improve processes.
- Oversee project management and seamless tooling operations.
- Resolve technical challenges to elevate yield, quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
- Lead teams in identifying and analyzing the root causes of problems.
- Conduct evaluations and experiments to establish foundational processes.
- Guide experiments to create reliable processes ready for production.
- Craft comprehensive training materials and directly train production staff.
- Ensure effective information transfer to interdisciplinary teams.
- Perform manufacturing process audits to identify areas for betterment.
- Create and refine processes for monitoring critical variables like die temperature.
- Resolve urgent manufacturing cell issues, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Formulate and update detailed troubleshooting instructions; coordinate technician training.
- Offer mentorship and technical direction to the production staff.
- Actively contribute to and influence the development of process-related strategies.

- Min. 5 years experience in plastic injection moulding environment
- Experience in process capability studies and tooling technical incline is a plus
