**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and finalization of manufacturing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Allocate resources effectively and manage cross-functional project teams.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth progression from concept to completion.
- Report on project progress, milestones, and KPIs to all stakeholders.

**Production Management**:

- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to maximize output and minimize costs.
- Manage production budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory levels.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

**Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a supervisors and carpenters
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning
- Please note that the nature of this job could be physically demanding such as handling heavy materials

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a combined project and production management role within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.
