**What the role is**
- The Corporate Services section of the Corporate & Finance Division in Home Team Science and Technology Agency consists of three teams: (a) Policies, (b) Asset Management and (c) Administrative Services. The key responsbiliites of the Asset Management team are as follows: - Fixed Assets Management - ICT Equipment Management - Document Security Management - Billing and reimbursement follow-up for assets/services managed by Corporate

**What you will be working on**
- The job-holder’s key responsibilities include the following: - Fixed Assets Management, including but not limited to: o Ensuring the fixed assets transactions in the Home Team Science and Technology Agency and Ops-Tech Department in the Singapore Police Force are in compliance with the prescribed processes laid down in policies and guidelines o Managing the official gifts received by Home Team Science and Technology Agency officers o Managing the the loss/damage of non-IT equipment - ICT equipment Management, including but not limited to: o Managing the sourcing, leasing and contract management of Government Standard Image Built (GSIB) and Internet Surfing Separation (ISS) devices o Managing the sourcing, leasing and contract management of GoMax devices and subscriptions o Managing the subscription of SIM cards - Document Security Management o Assist with fulfilling policy requirements on document security - Billing and reimbursement follow-up for assets/services managed by Corporate o Verify charges for GeBIZ and Demand Aggregate administrative fees, VPN subscription SIM card subscription, GSIB/ISS devices etc - Any other matters as assigned

**What we are looking for**
- Job requirements The job-holder should - have tertiary qualifications - have experience managing fixed assets. Prior experience in a Fixed Assets Accounting role and in using SAP will be an advantage. - have prior experience in operational support for personal computers, printers, encrypted storage devices, mobile devices and accessories in a large, enterprise environment, managing third-party service providers and have knowledge about IT best practices - be familiar with Government Procurement, IT Security Policy, IT Governance in the Public Sector and managing budgets - be meticulous, with an eye for detail - be good with numbers and have analytical skills - have strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills to engage a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders - have a keen interest in using technology in the daily work
