**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Interior Designer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with the SOG Design lead on design & build projects across Singapore and Asia Pacific and support the growth of our interior design capabilities. You will be responsible for the production of design work for architectural projects, and help prepare presentations, 3D modeling, graphics, and visualization documents to convey design ideas and project concepts to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural interior projects
- Delivers high quality design work, demonstrating creative and innovative thinking.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development.
- Deliver high quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills.
- Act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities.
- Support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback.
- Respond positively towards clients and consultants.
- Provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required.
- Recognise the importance of the project budget and seeks to develop their knowledge of project financials.
- Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.
- Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants
- Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously

Job Requirements
- Degree qualified in related design field or hold equivalent certification; professional registration is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Well versed in developing architectural visualizations
- A talented designer, with a portfolio that showcases great creativity and innovative thinking.
- Experience of successfully delivering large scale projects through all work stages, within APAC regions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (including formal and informal presentations, written communications and reports)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to work collaboratively, or with autonomy as required.
- Ability to relate and work well with people at all levels within the team and within the wider office, as well as externally with clients
- Ability to maintain personal effectiveness and team relationships at times of significant pressure
- Proactive, but tactful, in ensuring others within the team meet deadlines (etc)
- Organised and able to effectively prioritise even when demands are significant.
- Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast paced team player.
- Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations and sections
- Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing
- Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules
