**_Positions Opening_**
1) Cook (western / local cuisine)
- 6 days work per week

café open on 7am and last order is 8.30pm. (Shift basis)
- OT Allowance: Yes
- Yearly Bonus: Yes, based on performance
- 1 Meal provided per day
- Transport at Caldecott MRT

**_Job Descriptions_**
- Cook western / local cuisine.
- Ensure materials procure are in line with the SOP guidelines
- Ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen
- Monitor to minimize food wastage
- Make sure goods received are at the desire quality and quantity
- Always ensure proper storage for all raw materials once received
- Assist to monitor and maintain food cost within targeted budget
- Ensure highest standard of food quality produced
- Stand in to help other kitchen section and outlets when required
- Ensure smooth kitchen & all events operation are executed
- **Requirements**_
- At least 1-2years experience in Western Cuisine / Local Cuisine
- SPM/other

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $2,300.00 per month
