**Job Details**

Title : Cash Management Officer (Part-time)

Type : Part-time

Hours : 8.30am - 4.30pm

Salary : $12/hr

**Roles & Responsibilities (Will include but are not limited to)**:
a) Ensure only authorized personnel access into the strong room.

b) Notify the security manager when they spotted any suspicious character within the vicinity.

c) Verify any person purporting to be staffs / contractors before allowing for access.

d) Record any movement, irregularities, particulars of breakdown etc. in occurrence which is to be kept in the strong room at all times.

e) Comply with in-house security evacuation procedures.

f) Open the coin box with unique bar code to the bus.

g) Count the money in the coin box and enter into a data worksheet by bar code.

h) Place the counted coins into coin bags and notes into note bags for collection by

Customer’s designated coins and valuable security provider to deposit the cash every day.

i) Record the total amount for coins and notes on 2 deposit slips and place it into the coins and notes bags.

j) To stack away the empty coin boxes in an orderly manner for usage in the evening.

**Requirement**
- Min GCE N/O levels.
- Good proficiency of spoken and written English.
- Hardworking and positive attitude.
- Must be computer literate with good PC knowledge.
- Meticulous and able to work independently & multi-task administratively / physically.
- Able to work on weekends and PH.
