Customer Relations Officer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Oversees the Superintendents' offices and Customer Relations (CR) centre
- Manages the CR assistant and office assistant
- Arranges entry pass, accommodation, transport, carpark and meal for customers
- Handles the visitor list, daily planner and Customer Feedback
- Prepares Customer Satisfaction Report
- Monitors inventory and verify invoices of vendors
- Supports company events
- Takes and collates project photos for publicity purpose
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or replated discipline
- Minimum 2 years of customers relations experience
- Able to develop good working contacts and good relationships with customers
- Willing to undertake other assignments when called upon
- Excellent interpersonal skills, handling and managing customers' complaints, ability to co-ordinate and organise events and function
- Training will be provided
