**Who are we?**

Howie Marketing PTE LTD is a Singapore-registered e-commerce company specializing in women’s fashion. We are a joint venture with the Chinese brand LBZ (Laoban Zhou), committed to providing a comprehensive supply chain service from design to production to sales.

**Job Position: Project Manager**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:
Lead and manage the execution of fashion-related projects from initiation to completion. Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and operations.
- **Campaign Coordination**:
Work closely with the **marketing team**to plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Collaborate with external PR agencies to ensure a unified and consistent brand voice across all channels.
- **Brand Image & Reputation Management**:
Oversee the brand’s public image, ensuring it aligns with company values and resonates with the target audience. Address any PR challenges or issues that arise and maintain a positive brand perception.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with design, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Coordinate efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- **Event Management**:
Plan and manage product launches, media events, or influencer engagements. Oversee logistics, communications, and promotional strategies for each event to maximize brand exposure.
- **Bilingual Communication**:
Communicate fluently in **both English and Chinese**with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. This includes creating content for press releases, social media, and other promotional materials.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:
Track the progress of projects and provide regular updates to senior management. Analyze project outcomes and PR campaigns to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:
Minimum of **2 years of experience**in project management, with exposure to PR, marketing, or fashion industry-related projects. Experience with managing PR campaigns and handling media relations is a must.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in **English and Chinese**.
- Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Knowledge of the fashion industry and an understanding of current trends.
- Ability to analyze data, report on outcomes, and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Education**:
A degree in **Project Management, Public Relations, Marketing**, or a related field is preferred.
