The EDE is a fully integrated equipment development team; we design and develop precision and fully automated assembly equipment and vision inspection machines. **About the role - you will**:

- Develop the Equipment software for precision, high-throughput automated equipment
- Be an advocate of continuous improvement and enhancement to the existing equipment toward Smart Autonomous Manufacturing

**About you**:

- Self-motivated and process strong learning towards new technology and skillsets
- Positive can-do attitude
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to effectively work remotely

**Your experience includes**:

- Education background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, instrumentation, Computer Engineering, or other equivalent disciplines.
- C# and/or C++ OOP and multi-threading PC based software programming for automated equipment control
- Integrating commercial readiness motion / IO control systems into the equipment control software
- Machine troubleshooting and demanding production support

**Location**:
Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
