Requisition ID: 21003- Location: SINGAPORE, SG, 118535**Responsibilities**: Pre-Tender or Tender Stage - Review Contract conditions - Check Quotation/ Bills of Quantity - Draft qualification/ statement of compliance for tender submission Tender Award Stage - Negotiation of contract with Client - Check contract documents prior to endorsement - Prepare and negotiate Subcontract with Sub-contractors Contract Execution Stage - Arrange for Performance bond for submission to Client - Draft contractual correspondences (as and when required) - Draft letter of extension/ variation letters, supplemental agreement etc to Sub-contractors - Manage contractual disputes (as and when required) **Requirements**: - Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying. - At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry or related field is required for this position. - Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills. - Good communication skills both written and verbal. - Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour. - Business Unit: GBU Energy Solutions- Division: ESI AMEA - South East Asia - Singapore- Legal Entity: ENGIE Services Singapore Pte.
