One of the core objectives of the Regional Segments team is to drive client acquisition led Qualified Client Growth, which is a strategic priority for CGW - a division of Citi focused on serving the needs of clients across the entire wealth continuum (namely Citi Plus, Citigold, Citigold Private Client and Citi Private Bank). We are seeking an experienced resource to join the team as the Acquisition lead for building out new channels to supplement and boost the overall existing client acquisition momentum. This role will be responsible for working with stakeholders across 4 Wealth Hubs (HK, SG, UAE, IPB) to drive the overall CGW new channel client acquisition strategy, on the back of compelling client offers, robust fulfilment model and an always-on engagement program. **Key Responsibilities** - Focus on channel diversification with ideation and execution of strategy - Partner with cross functional business units like CPB (Private Bank) and CCB (Commercial Bank) to drive cross business referrals and build new channels of client acquisition - Drive awareness, sales mobilization, frontline recognition, data led targeting and compelling value proposition - Build and commercialize an offshore investor strategy for the IPB business (offshore business) - Build scale from the employee banking platform (Citi At Work) with benefits carved for both employees and employers. This channel to develop into a sustainable feeder channel for the affluent segment - Build data driven external third-party partnerships at optimal CPA’s to drive quality client onboarding - Leveraging insights and best practices around the Region with the objective to drive quality new client acquisition for Citi Global Wealth - Innovate and improvise on existing processes to reduce manual intervention and improve client experience - Partner with Digital and Technology teams on ideation and/or execution of a remarkable digital client onboarding experience (project led) - Reporting of key acquisition metrics to senior leadership monthly with on-ground insights - Manage Operations Risk and related controls in the process to ensure integrity and compliance with bank policies and procedures and ensure satisfactory reviews with Control Partners - Ensure adherence to Compliance guidelines / Audit requirements **Knowledge / Experience required** - Roughly 10 years of experience with client segment strategy management - Strong understanding of Retail/consumer business landscape, customer portfolio, business trends, technology, and digital trends - Proven experience of project management, with a strong ability to take ownership and drive projects independently - A proactive approach and the ability to identify potential project risks at an early stage in the project life cycle - The ability to escalate key project risks efficiently and effectively to Key Stakeholders - Creative problem solver who can manage issues including project related delays working with the various partners - Experience in the financial services industry with roles in product development would be a value add - Understanding of FX, investments, insurance, cards, and mortgage products to be able to partner with stakeholders to develop segment specific offers and solutions **Skills / Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree or Masters Degree - A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects - Experience with building and launching new products, channels, or services from the ground up - Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations - Sound business judgment and acumen - Very comfortable with PowerPoint and good knowledge of working level excel - **Job Family Group**: Product Management and Development - **Job Family**: Product Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
