**Job Position**
Director, Finance (Manufacturing)

**Responsibility**
- Provide strong leadership to the Finance department, covering broad spectrums of finance areas such as accounting, FP&A, costing and budgeting, treasury, statutory and tax compliance
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and the actual vs. budget variances
- Manage month-end and year-end close process and prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance
- Develop and document standard business/financial processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Proactively identify and communicate areas for operational and financial improvement
- Develop product cost standards and cost models for manufacturing
- Develop accounting policies and ensure the consistent implementation of company accounting policies, accountable for the accuracy of financial results
- Manage and comply with statutory reporting requirements and tax filings
- Manage tax matters, such as tax planning and tax incentives
- Assist the corporate fundraising and manage relationships with partners and investors
- Liaise with external advisors, such as tax expert and auditor

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing (Costing) and Commercial FP&A, including at least 5 years in managerial and /or team leadership position
- Work experience in Pharmaceutical/ CDMO environment is preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage ambiguous situations
- Advanced skills in Excel, good skills in PowerPoint, experience with ERP and with Planning & Reporting solutions
- Ability to think in “big picture” and work in detail at the same time (Hands-on mentality)
- High level of communications skills and strong business partnering skills
