**Job Description**:
**Statutory and related matters**
- Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate consolidation of month-end reporting, including preparation of journal entries, exchange rate, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Assist in group half year and final audit include dealing with external auditors and related company finance team to ensure completeness of the consolidation.
- Assist in developing and updating new Group Accounting Policy
- Support business units in financial, accounting, technical and analysis matters

**Financial Planning and Analysis**
- Assist in maintaining chart of accounts, mapping and business structure in Cognos
- Assist in quarterly balance sheet review
- Prepare segment report
- Analysis and update segment actual result and forecasts

**System implementation**
- Support the implementation of technology solutions to streamline the processes across the Group

**Others**
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects and assignment, which helps to the fulfilment of the primary role

**Qualifications**:

- Preferably a degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant and group consolidation experience in managing full spectrum of financial duties.
- Well-versed in IFRS
- **Has working knowledge of IBM Cognos Controller system is a must and preferably SAP ERP system as well **.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player who is hands-on, with a can-do attitude and able to work effectively in a team and independently
- Self-motivated, resourceful and fast learner who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
