About our Team

LexisNexis helps predict, assess, and manage risk for industries and governments with crucial information. The company aims to aid customers in making better decisions through advanced analytics and technology.

About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing leadership and consultative competencies to improve organizational effectiveness and goal attainment.
- Coordinating various programs and workshops in the region, including onboarding, product, market, and technical training.
- Facilitating professional development courses to build consulting acumen across teams.
- Conducting new hire training, preparing materials, and assessing performance.
- Ensuring all training and development programs are consistent with LNRS vision, mission, values, and goals.
- Collaborating with other regions to share best practices and ensure the highest quality of training.
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Be able to present, communicate, and collaborate to train and work with all employees.
- Have extensive experience skillfully coordinating and delivering training.
- Possess project management, organizational, and multitasking skills to effectively manage training programs.
- Be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Solid computer and technical skills
- Experience working in a technical role or with other technical roles is advantageous.
