**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Research, evaluate potential suppliers and develop new vendors in accordance to company’s SOP.
- Liaise and build good relationship with suppliers and internal team and other departments.
- Negotiate and co-ordinate with supplier and cross-functional department for best possible price purchase and delivery time with the quality required.
- Generate purchase order and forward to respective suppliers.
- Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to support production.
- Maintain database - update and file all material requisitions, quotations and purchase orders as per company’s SOP.
- Coordinate with production department to check stock levels as required and place order as needed.
- Liaise with Supply Chain Manager for any improvement to the purchasing process/flow/system to enhance the work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other duties assigned or as instructed by the manager.

Eurasia Global Food (S) Pte Ltd is a holding company for Eurasia Global Trading Pte Ltd, Eurasia Food Supply Pte Ltd and Eurasia F&B Pte Ltd. EGT is a trading company. EFS is a manufacturing company which specializing in the production and processing the pork and selling pork products to restaurant, resellers and retails. We also operate our own chain of restaurants.

Eurasia Global Food (S) Pte Ltd established in 2011. In the year 2020, the company expanded into a holding company with 4 subsidiaries. Currently, we have a total of 10 restaurant outlets island-wide and our operating premises has increased from 18,000 sqt to 63,000 sqt. Our company is a fast-growing company, the total sales in 2016 were 38 million and in the year 2019, the total sales has increased to 50 million.
