Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Network with industry professionals and attend relevant events to identify and attract top talent
- Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their hiring goals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of recruiting activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter within the venture capital or private equity industry
- Strong understanding of the venture capital and private equity industry
- Proven ability to identify, attract, and recruit top talent for these roles
- Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Strong network within the venture capital and private equity industry is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian job market
