**About the job**:
You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. - Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission.
- Conduct research, data collection and analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshops to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to the client using business proposals and presentation decks.
- Adhering and complying to all AML regulations.
- Document the project into systems and processes for management review.
- Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking.
- Support team members with other project activities.

**About you**:

- Degree holder
- Prior experience as Project Manager and Business System Analyst or Functional Business Analyst for enterprise banking technology roll outs (must)
- Experience with AML/KYC and Compliance topics/technology and change management:

- Transaction Monitoring for AML (systems + domain)
- Name and Payment Screening (systems + Domain)
- Watchlist management
- Alert Dispositioning, management and workflows
- Enterprise KYC/Client lifecycle management
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
