**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Go-to-market (GTM) / Sales teams, meet with customers, attend exhibitions, and trade shows, lead renewable software product demo sessions.
- Be responsible for technical proposals, responses to RFP/RFI.
- Lead the project solutioning, liaising with customers to understand needs / project requirements (e.g. regarding data connectivity, real-time monitoring, performance analytics and technical asset management), communicating and aligning with internal stakeholders (e.g. project delivery team and product team)
- Assist in achieving sales and revenue targets for renewables software products
- Build technical relationships with renewable asset owners, asset managers, developers, EPC and O&M companies, in the APAC region
- Address customers, go-to-market teams and channel partners' requests about product and related technical issues
- Generating product insights for continued enhancement, based on customer feedback, identified feature requests, and addressing customer pain points (e.g. adding new analytics methods and tools);
- Prepare and maintain high quality presales materials, demo and product marketing materials
- Gather information from market and customers and feedback to internal teams
- Travelling is required;
Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor Degree/Masters in Engineering or physical science degrees or equivalent, with emphasis in renewable technologies (E.g. Wind).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable industry, with good knowledge in WTG, onshore or offshore wind farm monitoring and asset management.
- Proven experience in software solution architecture design. Good experiences in wind farm asset management, condition monitoring, operation and maintenance, reliability and failure analyses, asset performance engineering are preferred.
- Experiences in digitization, IoT, AI, SaaS, EMS, SCADA, and data communication protocols are preferred.
- A good mix of technical, business, and soft skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills, with demonstrated experience in communicating and operating in a fast-paced global environment and the ability to engage with audiences at different levels including C-suites senior management.
- Self-motivated and strong interests in digital software solutions for renewable energy, energy storage and other low carbon technologies.
